Printer / Toner Issue
This issue occurs when the toner is end of life.
To remedy, follow these steps:
1) Look for a box of extra ink in property managers office, if it cannot be located, move to step2.
2) Locate the phone number for the printer company on the front side of the printer.
3) Call the number and ask if when was the last time ink was shipped and confirm if the printer company see's any issues with the ink from their end.
